Daniel Langlois, founder of Softimage, dreamed of establishing a cinematography and new media complex in Montreal to provide a venue for the best independent local and international cinema productions, as well as works produced using new digital technologies. He confided the production of the multifunctional auditoriums and the design of the specialized equipment systems to Scéno Plus.

Outstanding features

The screening rooms can accommodate screenings of film and video in traditional or digital format. The screening rooms are also post-production laboratories (sound and image) at which in situ mixing is handled through a central control room.

Scéno Plus designed the first THX-quality mobile screen.

The multifunctional auditoriums can be quickly transformed from screening room to mixing lab, from theatre to exhibition hall.

The foyers are equipped with 75 mm plasma screens.
