Using the space of the old gymnasium at Collège Edouard-Montpetit, Scéno Plus designed the Théâtre de la Ville; a cultural facility that includes spaces for creative expression and performance. Cultural groups find there the necessary physical infrastructures to rehearse and present their shows, concerts or performances, giving local audiences prime access to a top-quality facility. The theatre also possesses high performance equipment that meets the criteria of various discplines in the performing arts.

Outstanding features

To give regional companies maximum flexibility in their creative process, the showroom is designed to be flexible in shape so that spectators and artists can relate in different ways (italian-style, in the round, face-to-face...).

The production spaces that are made available to regional groups include two large rehearsal rooms, two administrative spaces, and seven workshops each measuring 800 square feet.

The large foyer in the entryway to the showroom does double duty as an exhibition area for visual artists.
