An accounting graduate from the Université du Québec à Montréal, Ginette Bergeron also holds an MBA from the Sherbrooke University. She has been an active figure on the Quebec cultural and artistic scene for the past 30 years. She worked with the Association québécoise de jeune théâtre for seven years and was involved in organizing more than a dozen festivals. She then played a key role in the early development of the Cirque du Soleil, serving successively as Vice-President of human resources and finance. She also took part in the Cirque’s presence in the American, European, and Japanese markets.
Ginette Bergeron joined the Scéno Plus team in 2003 as Director of Finance and Administration, supervising all financial transactions of the company. She also ensures the follow-up of projects on the financial and resource allocation levels. She sits on Fondaction’s board of directors, a venture capital firm, as well as the TAZ’s Board, a non-profit organization dedicated to cultural and sporting complex management for young people.
