Josée Cardinal has always been passionate about performing arts. As a young child, she dedicated herself to a classical dancing training with the Grands ballets canadiens. After brilliant dancing years, she naturally turned to the field of performing arts to pursue her professional career, serving into the management personnel of several cultural institutions, including Entresix Dance Company and the Association du disque et de l'industrie du spectacle québécois (ADISQ).
While acting as a key member of the Scéno Plus management team for over 20 years, Josée perfected her training by undertaking studies at the HEC Montreal in Human Resources Management. As Director of human resources, she oversees the management of the company’s personnel.
