Normand-Pierre Bilodeau has been working in the entertainment industry for more than twenty years in various sectors: entertainment, exhibition, television, cinema, recording, etc. He worked as head sound engineer for several theatres of the Montreal region, namely the Salle Pierre-Mercure, the Spectrum and the Theatre St-Denis. Normand-Pierre also acted as Sound Designer for large-scale entertainment shows and exhibitions, such as the Shanghaï World Circus Show and the Québec-New York 2001 Exhibit.
Normand-Pierre’s exceptional talent has earned him several nominations at prestigious show business performance galas in Québec. In 1996, he notably won the Félix for “sound engineer of the year”. In 2005, he co-founded the BeeBop Studios, a Montreal-based HD and surround postproduction firm, acting as General Manager.
Since 2007, Normand-Pierre heads the Technology and Specialized Equipment Department at Scéno Plus. As such, he manages a team composed of designers, integrators and technical draftsmen.
